The food is Modern European in style, with an emphasis on classic British dishes such as Cornish crab salad, Selsey lobster grilled with garlic butter, Chargrilled Scottish fillet steak with béarnaise and chips or our famous Smoked Haddock Fish Pie.
Provenance is very important to us. 90% of the fish on our menu is sustainable and freshly caught off the South Coast. We source our meat directly from local farms in Sussex and Hampshire or buy from reputable suppliers such as Macken Bros in Chiswick.
As well as the A la Carte menu, we offer a daily two or three course set menu at lunchtime (from 12 noon to 6pm) for £13.50 and £15.50 and on Sunday we serve a traditional roast (from 12 noon all day), at £16.50 for two courses. Our Sunday roasts are extremely popular so we highly recommend booking in advance!
For smaller dishes and lighter snacks, we have an additional bar menu served in the bar area or sitting room.
