Until just over thirty years ago, 210 Chiswick High Road was Chiswick’s late 19th. Century police station. Today it is a welcoming Wine Bar and Eating House which has the air of the country in town.

Whilst retaining four of the original cells, its stables are now a dining room facing a fine stone courtyard. A snug sitting room with an open fireplace adjoins the main bar and overlooks the High Road: the first floor provides a bar area with a beamed vaulted roof and which may be used generally or closed for private functions. Three menus provide a variety of food for all occasions and times and they are complemented by a wide and interesting wine list, with over seventy wines to choose from, to suit all tastes.

Our hope is that our unique atmosphere and our changing menus, typical examples of which you will find here, combined with our wine list, will provide a place which is truly somewhere to relax, entertain or be entertained in a relaxed manner.
